Availability and supply

All orders are subject to the availability of those products or services. If for any reason a product is not available, we will endeavour to notify the non-availability on our online shop.

Pricing

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of any Goods and Services Tax (“GST”) unless stated to be otherwise but are exclusive of delivery charges. All prices are correct when published. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

An invoice will be emailed to you at the email address you supply when you place your order. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details are correct.

We do our best to ensure that the prices on our website are correct, however in the case of a genuine pricing error on our behalf we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Order cancellation

We reserve the right not to provide goods or services or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.

Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have both confirmed your order and your payment has been processed. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion.

Pre Orders

Due to the nature of Pre Orders these are to be paid in full at the time the order is placed. These orders are non refundable.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our items returns are taken on a case by case basis. Please contact us for more information. We do recommend you try your new car seat in your vehicle before purchasing as returns are not always accepted for change of mind, this is because we can never tell if a child restraint has been in an accident once leaving its place of purchase.

We will always honour our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act (1993).

Privacy

The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party.

Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises.
